This Elena Dawson black tulle skirt is made from layered black tulle with a raw, asymmetric hem. The waistband features ruched detailing and back center zip closure. The skirt is adorned with hand-formed ivory silk rosettes, that run vertically down the right side of the skirt. Comes with tags. Fabric content: 100% silk. Made in England.
